FAQ

We collected the questions people ask most. If yours is not here, write to us — we'll answer and add it.

Price and payment

What makes up the final price?

The lot price, marketplace fees, delivery to the port, ocean freight, customs in Georgia and our fixed fee. For cleared cars the listing already shows the full amount — nothing extra to pay.

When and how much do I pay?

A deposit after signing the contract and agreeing the bid limit, the balance after the lot is won. Duties are paid at customs, and we give you the receipts.

Do you offer instalments?

Yes, we work with Georgian banks and leasing companies. Terms depend on the down payment and the term — we'll calculate the payment for a specific car.

Can I buy only the delivery service?

Yes. If you found a car yourself, we can handle just the logistics and customs — the fee is lower in that case.

Timing

How long does a car take?

From the USA and China — 45–60 days, from Korea — 40–55, from Europe by car carrier — 20–30. That is from purchase to handover in Tbilisi, customs included.

Why do the timelines vary?

The main variable is vessel schedules and port load. We tell you about any shift as soon as we learn about it ourselves.

Can I track the car in transit?

Yes, we send the container number and status, plus photos at key stages.

Customs and documents

What determines the amount of duty?

Since 2 April 2026 the excise is 1.5 ₾ per cm³ of engine capacity for cars up to 6 years old and 4.5 ₾ for cars older than 6 years. Hybrids up to 6 years pay 60% less, electric cars pay no excise, right-hand-drive cars pay three times more. Import tax (about 100–250 ₾) and paperwork and registration fees (about 480 ₾) are paid separately.

What about the car's documents?

The documents are in your name from the moment the lot is bought. After customs you get the full package for registration.

Do you help with number plates?

Yes, we assist with registration and getting number plates — it usually takes one day.

Car condition

How do I know the car isn't a wreck?

Before purchase we send a VIN history report, a full photo report of the lot and our assessment of the damage with a repair estimate. If we think a lot is a bad buy, we say so directly.

What is a salvage title?

It is a car written off by an insurance company. Such cars can be registered in Georgia; they are cheaper but need a careful assessment. We always state the document type in the listing.

Can I see the car before buying?

Those already in stock in Tbilisi — yes, come to our lot. Lots abroad can't be seen in person, but we give you as much information as possible before the deal.
