How to choose
If budget matters and you are ready for a small repair — the USA. If you need a car you won't have to invest in after purchase — Europe. Korea is the middle ground: low mileage and a rich trim for reasonable money. China makes sense if you are considering an electric car: electric cars pay no excise, and the final price is noticeably lower than European. And remember the 6-year rule — cars older than 6 years are now three times more expensive to clear.
